Harizma 2009 has a crystal clear golden yellow color. Subtle aromatic is composed of refreshing notes of pineapple, mango, lime and fresh herbs with a gentle hint of marzipan. On the palate wine is full and rounded, yet soft, with rich notes of citruses and it ends with a luxurious fruity aftertaste.
The wine is a perfect match with saltwater and freshwater fish and poultry (particularly chicken), venison, veal, pork and lamb meat. The ideal matches include Caesar salad, chicken, veal with lemon, perch in almond sauce, carp and catfish, pasta with clams and crabs, prawns, cold pork, pork fillet, salad with tropical fruits; cheeses: Brie, Camembert, Gouda and Edam.
