The color is crystal-clear, yellow straw with golden reflection. On the nose the wine has intensive, floral-fruity aroma made of notes of white flowers, linden, lime, apple and peach. On the palate the mouthful is rounded, extremely fruity, refreshing and balanced. The sweetness of fruits goes nicely with acidity, whereby all ends up in long and savory finish. This is a nice, harmonious wine, with the elegant finesse representing varietal characteristics and terroir.
This wine goes superbly with seafood, white fish, poultry and it is also a great match with shrimps, lobsters, sturgeon, boiled beef entrecote, beef ribs, Wiener schnitzel, roast veal, tripe, soft cow's milk cheese, goat cheese, Cambozola, Appenzeller or Swiss Tête de Moine cheese.
