The wine has a light green colour and it is crystal clear. On the nose is rich with a complex aroma composed of herbaceouness and notes of tomato leaves and gentle hints of citruses. On the palate the wine is crisp, fresh, with great minerality, harmonious and characterized with its herbal and fruity character.
Grapes hand picked and selected, harvested in a few selected periods, fermentation process and maturation inside the 4000 liters oak barrels made from the Slavonian oak.
Wine goes well with seafood, white fish, white meat, shrimps, prawns, freshwater fish, breaded meat, pork and veal meat or goats’ cheese.
