Trijumf Noir is produced at the Bokanja Hill vineyard site, where the vines are planted on southeastern slopes at an altitude of 335 meters. A combination of clay, sand, and stone soils allows Pinot Noir to develop aromatic precision, elegance, and natural freshness.<\/p>\n
Following hand harvesting and meticulous grape selection, the wine undergoes cold maceration for five to seven days. Fermentation at lower temperatures preserves varietal character and enhances the fruit aromas that define this wine.<\/p>\n
