Trijumf Terroir originates from the Je\u017eevac vineyard site, located at 350 meters above sea level, where rocky soils and southern exposure allow grapes to achieve full phenolic ripeness. This combination of site, soil, and microclimate defines the wine\u2019s distinctive character.<\/p>\n
Following hand harvesting and careful berry selection, the grapes undergo cold maceration before fermentation and six months of aging in French barriques. Different toast levels of the barrels further enrich the aromatic profile and contribute to the wine\u2019s complexity.<\/p>\n
