Prokupac originates from the Bokanja Hill vineyard site, located at 330 meters above sea level. Clay-rich soils with pronounced sand and stone content allow the variety to develop rich aromatics, preserve freshness, and build an elegant structure.<\/p>\n
Following hand harvesting and grape selection, the wine undergoes cold maceration for five to seven days, achieving greater concentration of color, aromas, and flavor. Fermentation takes place at lower temperatures to preserve the fruit character that defines the variety.<\/p>\n
