A Chardonnay that pushes boundaries through four years of cellar ageing
Aberdar is a mature, full-bodied Chardonnay with remarkable structure—an exceptional wine within the Aleksandrović portfolio that has introduced an entirely new expression of Chardonnay to the Serbian market.
Its character begins in the vineyard: carefully selected Chardonnay plant material, a southern exposure, and stony soils combine to leave a strong imprint of terroir. The winemaking process includes a short period of skin fermentation, followed by an impressive four years of ageing in oak barrels, with regular lees stirring. This approach results in a wine of outstanding complexity, depth, and richness.
